  23. SUBMISSION TERMS Our organization can fulfill all disclosed RFP criteria. This submission serves as our 'Letter of Intent' for inclusion in the 2025 event. Submission Deadline: Jan 15 & 25, 2025 (as noted within the RFP sent to me).

  24. DISCLOSURE Our review process is time-intensive. I understand I will be invoiced $1,500- Only If I withdraw AFTER being selected. This clause is to discourage those unable to meet the criteria.
